Opportunity Identification

 
 
Opportunity Identification is a very critical strategic step for clients and service providers. It becomes the basis of the future business and profitability of the organization. The true benefits of an organization can only be realized if the identification process has been carried out correctly. The outcome of this process defines what can be migrated as a process and the phases of migration.
 
As part of Strategic review of business processes, RvaluE will asses the migration opportunities for the identified customer based on:
Understanding of Customer's Nature of Business.
Understanding of Business processes based on Process Performance and Process Characteristics.
 
The processes identified will then be marked either ‘High’ or ‘Low’ on basis of each criteria and they will be assigned a score based on their performance / characteristics favoring consolidation. The scores are then put through the checkpoints to decide the processes for consolidation. Those processes with high scores as per the criteria are shortlisted for consolidation. Based on the findings, recommendations and methodology of migration are suggested.
