Characteristics. |

The
processes identified will then be marked
either ‘High’ or ‘Low’
on basis of each criteria and they will
be assigned a score based on their performance
/ characteristics favoring consolidation.
The scores are then put through the checkpoints
to decide the processes for consolidation.
Those processes with high scores as per
the criteria are shortlisted for consolidation.
Based on the findings, recommendations and
methodology of migration are suggested. |
