The key parameters for a feasibility study are as under:
 
Assessment of Countries and Locations for BPO operations, where we can
 
Assess the infrastructure, telecom, leadership and language capabilities to recommend whether setting up a BPO business in the country/ location will be feasible or not
  Perform the assessment for both Voice and Data BPOs
     
Assess pilot customer
 
Assess the business and various processes the targeted customer
 
Recommend if any of the existing processes can be moved to the BPO, and if yes, the indicative total headcount that can move
 
Assess the profiles of existing employees with regard to BPO operations
